Brilliant Brady B fill their boots

Mogilner applied pressure on the full back, who sent the ball back to his keeper. The lurking Hildebrand intercepted the backpass, and expertly rounded the Brixton keeper, and slotted into an open goal.

Minutes later, Brady extended their lead, with Sam Sinclair playing in Mogilner, who showed excellent feet in a tight space to create a half a yard of room, unleashing a low drive beyond the keeper.

Mogilner added his second within the first 10 minutes, extending Brady's lead to three, asserting their dominance over proceedings.

Hildebrand and Mogilner are a constant threat to defences throughout the MSFL, and Brady's fourth was a testament to the way in which their relationship has flourished since Hildebrand's arrival.

Seemingly penned in the corner, Mogilner held up the ball expertly, before launching a sumptuous cross into the box, met acrobatically by Hildebrand's diving header, leaving the keeper without a chance.

Brixton threatened briefly to respond, hitting the crossbar after being flagged offside, and having a goal-scoring opportunity prevented courtesy of a terrific Oliver Kay challenged timed to perfection.

In spite of this, Brady pushed forward in an attempt to put the game to bed. Mogilner added to his two last week against Finchley with his third today, rounding off his hat-trick with a cool finish having rounded the keeper.

Captain James Joseph, having been the creative hub of Brady's performance on the day, got himself on the scoresheet, netting Brady's sixth, before Hildebrand completed a perfect hat-trick of goals - one with his left, right and head - just before half time.

Brady started the second half in as buoyant a mood as they had ended the first. Soon after the restart, Mogilner should have added his fourth, and Brady's eighth, as a ball was played across the six yard box, only for the winger to slide in, skewing the ball over the bar from four yards with the goal at his mercy.

However, it was not long before Brady did find an eighth, courtesy of their player manager Josh Dagul, who met a pull back in the box with a first time side-footed effort beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper.

Hildebrand was hauled back in the area with around 20 minutes left to play, and captain Joseph stepped up to add his second, and Brady's ninth.

Hildebrand added his 13th goal in Brady colours - and his 20th including those scored for his previous club - sending his team into double figures.

Straight from the restart, Brady won the ball back and drove into the Brixton area, and Hildebrand pulled back for Elli Dagul, who hit the post when it was easier to score than not, but showed composure to net the rebound with the last kick of the game.

The margin of victory shows the level of superiority the Brady boys demonstrated on the day, and sent out a loud and clear warning to their title rivals.

Brady boss Josh Dagul told JC Sport: "It's difficult to know what to say after a result like this. Obviously my boys were top notch today, and showed the clinicalness in the final third that characterises our approach. It's good to get a result like this under our belts, and it gives us confidence ahead of a couple of big games over the next few weeks."
