Josh Dagul admitted his Brady Maccabi team were at their ruthless best as they dished out an 8-1 mauling to Division Two leaders Scrabble FC in the second round of the Cyril Anekstein Cup.
Division One class told as Brady Maccabi, inspired by another Reiss Mogilner treble, maintained their free-scoring ways at Rowley Lane.
Nathan Harrod (2), Daniel Harrod and Joel Reuben added the gloss in a clinical performance.
Elliot Espinoza grabbed a consolation for Scrabble.
Brady boss Josh Dagul told JC Sport: "This was another deadly performance from the boys. We dominated the game and took our chances with aplomb.
"The only negative I can take from the performance is the goal we conceded with virtually the last kick of the game, but we are scoring goals for fun at the moment and long may that continue.
"Good luck to Scrabble for the rest of the season.
Scrabble boss Ray Abrahams told JC Sport: "Ironically the game was only about 51/49 to Brady in terms of possession.
"We are gutted to be out of the Cup at the first hurdle and today we had a lot of the game in terms of possession. However we were beaten by a Brady side who were so clinical in the last third and better than us on the day and had a player of the quality of Sam Monjack pulling all the strings for them in midfield.
"The score line suggests a wider margin in terms of play but does not do our overall performance much justice and my team gave 100 per cent for 90 minutes.
"We wish Brady the best of luck in the next round and for the rest of the season and our players now know what standard has to be achieved in the higher division if we reach our goal of promotion this season."
