Blizzard improved for the final 15 minutes of the first half, but the MMFL team held firm at the break.
The second half was much tighter, with Blizzard enjoying periods of pressure, but the Masters kept things tight, with a solid and determined performance giving them a platform for Dan Hodes to register a third following some superb work from the excellent Tony Plaskow.
Further strikes from Dan Hodes and Lloyd Becker completed a deserved win for the old boys.
The MMFL showed good organisation throughout, superbly led by captain Nigel Goldthorpe, allowing Lloyd Becker to complete the rout following a crisp pass by Dan Levy.
MMFL joint-manager Jon Yantin told JC Sport: "We're delighted to be progressing in the cup and the work ethic and determination saw us drive through with an excellent result that reflected our squads performance to a man."
Disappointed Blizzard boss Simon Linden told JC Sport: "It really was a poor performance, we gave away soft goals and lacked creativity.
"It was a bad day in the office but it happens. Now it's about putting it right next week."
