Maccabiah games hopeful Mark Bott scored 27 for Cambridge UCCE 1st XI in the first-class match against Essex at Fenner’s.

The 21-year-old from Nottingham hit four boundaries in a 39-ball knock.

London Maccabi Vale regained the Maccabi GB six-a-side Trophy after beating MAL in the final at JFS in North West London.

With a squad, led by 19-year-old Neil Lederman, including six teenagers, LMV were unbeaten in five matches defeating Southgate, Belmont & Edgware and MAL on the way to the final. A comfortable victory over MAL ensued inspired by man of the match Jonathan Lederman.
