Leeds boss Daniel Kristall said: "We didn't turn up for large stages and that nearly cost up. You can't afford to do that as no side will just give you a win. You have to earn one.
"They pegged us back to make it 2-2 with about 20 minutes ago. But once that happened we woke up and got our rewards.
"Blacky was exceptional again. He sticks his head in where it hurts and is as brave as a lion. Jordan Marks created three of the goals and also deserves credit for that."
Roy Fux and Rafi Bloom were on target for the hosts.
Meanwhile, Heaton Park Rovers booked their semi-final spot in Group B after edging out Maccabi Manchester Blue 4-3.
