Joe Marsh paid tribute to star man Joel Alterman who marked his return to action with the stand-out performance in Harmen's 6-1 demolition of Faithfold at Hatfield University.

A hat-trick from top-scorer James Gershfield kept Harmen in contention for the title, with Joey Lazare (2) and Dan Green adding the gloss, but it was the performance of Alterman that had Harmen fans purring.

Harmen joint-manager Joe Marsh told JC Sport: "With a depleted squad due to injuries and an early kick-off at White Hart Lane, we had to call on some players who have not featured regularly this season.
