On 35 minutes a clever assist from Josh Sheridan set up a volley for the ruthless McLeod to score.
With the bit between their teeth, Scrabble were then denied what seemed to be a blatant penalty.
But they were hit by a real sucker punch five minutes before the break when a clever through ball set up the equaliser for Oli Nathan and the teams went in at 1-1 at half time.
With Scrabble making changes with 30 to go the game changed with Scrabble looking sharp and incisive and on 70 Don Nineberg, on as a second half substitute, put in a superb cross for McLeod to finish from 12 yards to make it 2-1.
Scrabble were looking strong now and with Raiders tiring, a McLeod corner was turned goal ward by a Raiders defender with Goodmaker batting the final touch on the ball to make it 3-1.
Scrabble's record now reads 12 wins from 12 games. They were made to battle in order to maintain a 100 per cent record and 36 points on the board to extend their lead at the top of the table to 13 points.
Jubilant manager Ray Abrahams told JC Sport: "This was a classic and Raiders were without doubt the toughest opponents we have faced this season.
"Some strong words were said at half time among the group and myself and we made some tactical changes with half an hour to go which changed the game.
"We looked really strong in the last 15 minutes and I'm delighted that we've battled and dug out the win today.
"I'm so proud of my players who run and battle for 90 minutes in every game and never cave in even when the going gets tough."
