Simon Linden admits his team got off the hook after edging past second division Jewdinese in extra-time.

Strikes from Mitch Green, Dean Shaw, Oli Henry and two from Ben Ellis saw the Division One high-flyers home.

Victorious boss Simon Linden told JC Sport: "It was a top effort from Jewdinese - they really didn't stop for the full 120. Good luck to them for the season.

"We didn't perform today and got off the hook - next week I will need a completely different Blizzard performance. Now it's just a case of avoiding a draw away in Leeds."
