In a restaurant, I eat whatever's messy or hard to cook. At home, keep it simple: eat fresh, drink organic.
Muesli: Dorset Cereals muesli (I love their Berries and Cherries) with Grove Fresh Organic Apple Juice instead of milk.
Yoghurt: Mid-morning, I have a cappuccino-cup full of organic yoghurt slathered in Rowse Greek Mountain Honey. The honey's squeezy, so not messy, and is dark, rich and just sweet enough to satisfy an adult's craving.
Chicken: My sister-in-law's chicken baked with honey is fantastic. Fresh fruit: Time's often short, so thank goodness for M&S's classic fruit salad.
Macaroni cheese: I eat out a lot so if at home, pleasure is a simple plate of macaroni cheese. And a glass of good organic wine.
