Join Our Expert Advisory Panel on Neurodiversity and Neurodevelopmental Disabilities

Help us shape meaningful conversations and change
Norwood is the Jewish community’s oldest charity and a leading provider of support for neurodivergent children, young people and adults, individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families.

We are establishing an independent Expert Advisory Panel to help shape the future development of our services, ensuring they remain evidence-led, aligned with best practice, and responsive to lived experience.

We are seeking expertise in:

  • Developmental paediatrics, psychiatry, psychology
  • Speech and language therapy
  • Autism, ADHD and neurodivergence research
  • Social care and systemic family practice
  • Public health and commissioning
  • Education and disability law
  • Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • Lived experience (parents, carers, neurodivergent adults)

Contribution

Panel members will provide strategic advice on research, policy developments, innovation and service design across both children’s and adult services.

Commitment
This is a voluntary role involving 2 to 3 virtual meetings per year, with occasional additional input as needed. Membership is for an initial three-year term.
