Fifty people attended Kingfield Synagogue for a talk by Ben Spier on his work as a human rights lawyer. He recalled how he met former Prime Minister Tony Blair and his wife Cherie at the annual Holocaust Memorial Day event in Cardiff in 2006 when he spoke to them about human rights.
