Three other Jewish schools appeared in the top 200 with Hasmonean High School at 115, King David High School Manchester 135 and JCoSS 173. King David High School Liverpool was placed joint 281.
All are classified as comprehensive with the exception of King David Liverpool which selects a small percentage of pupils on musical aptitude.
Immanuel College was ranked 181 among the top 400 private schools.
The top ranked state schools were Queen Elizabeth Boys, followed by Henrietta Barnet, both in Barnet.
The ST table was calculated on the percentage of students gaining A* to B grades at A-level and A* to A or grade 9 to 7 at GCSE.
Yavneh’s scores were 87 per cent in the A-level category and 50.2 at GCSE; JFS 75.6 per cent and 54.4 per cent; Hasmonean 70.3 per cent and 53.8 per cent; King David Manchester 71.2 per cent and 44.6 per cent; JCoSS 67.7 per cent and 38.9 per cent; and King David Liverpool 56.2 per cent and 36.4 per cent.
Immanuel achieved 74.5 per cent and 62.2 per cent.
