Daily Mail City editor Alex Brummer, author of Bad Banks: Greed, Incompetence and the Next Global Crisis, has been called in to help prevent the next scandal. The Bank of England has asked him to serve on a committee to clean up finance whose other members include the chief executive of Goldman Sachs in London, Mike Sherwood.
