One of the great success stories of Jewish cultural life is undoubtedly the annual Jewish Book Week. If evidence were needed of its ever-growing stature, it can be found in the names already signed up for next year's festival. JBW director Geraldine D'Amico reports that those on board include Amos Oz, Simon Schama, AB Yehoshua and Niall Ferguson. And, says D'Amico, it'll bring you new exciting voices from around the world: Brazilian Moacyr Scliar, Italian Alessandro Piperno, and prize winners Paul Verhaeghen from Belgium and Philippe Grimbert from France.
