Rabbi Shoshana Boyd Gelfand is the Director of JHub, a London-based initiative launched by Pears Foundation that offers space, resources training and development for social change organisations to work, meet and learn.#000d #000d She is a founding fellow of the Cambridge Coexist Leadership Programme at the University of Cambridge, which develops authentic leadership skills for senior personnel of all faiths.#000d Shoshana studied as a Wexner Fellow at the Jewish Theological Seminary, where she was ordained as a rabbi in 1993.#000d
