Michael Leventhal

Michael Leventhal is a writer, editor and publisher with more than 25 years experience. He has written features for titles including The Times, The Sunday Express and Delicious magazine. He was the co-author of Jews in Britain and is writing a forthcoming children’s book on chocolate. He is the publisher of Greenhill Books and Green Bean Books. He was the founder of the food charity Gefiltefest and he still spends too much time thinking about food.
