Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, was the guest speaker at Norwood’s annual fundraising dinner. She told the 1,300-strong audience about her recent visit to Norwood services in Hendon. "Being at Norwood filled my heart and restored my faith in human nature," she said. The event, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair, raised £3.3 million for the charity.
