Maccabi Manchester Yellow were crowned champions of the Manchester Jewish Soccer League after Leeds Maccabi suffered a dramatic last day defeat, failing to secure the title.
Leeds went into the game needing a point, but a strong Maccabi Masters team did their fellow Maccabi Yellow the biggest favour of all by beating the Yorkshiremen 4-0 at Brooklands.

They showed renewed desire and heart, but Maccabi stood firm and a magnificent strike fromy 40 yards from Jordan Kay sealed the victory to leave the onlooking Maccabi Yellow team celebrating before they collected the league trophy.
