This shnitzel tastes amazing and doesn’t take too long to cook. It goes great with rice, latkes, chips, in pitta, laffa, a sandwich, or anything else!
- Cut the chicken (or flatten with a rolling pin) to make sure it’s thin.
- Mix fine matzah meal (or flour) with the spices and sesame seeds.
- Heat a pan of oil.
- Dip pieces of chicken in beaten egg, then the seasoned flour/matzah meal, then eggs a second time, and then in breadcrumbs (or coarse matzah meal).
- Fry until golden brown, ensuring to flip regularly.
- When removing the cooked chicken, place onto a plate covered in tissue or kitchen towel to absorb oil.
