Ingredients

375g basmati rice



2 medium onions



3 tbsp rapeseed oil, divided



5 cardamom pods (optional)



4 cloves (optional)



2 bay leaves



2 cinnamon sticks



1 tbsp kosher salt



400g frozen peas, thawed



4 - 5 tsp rose harissa paste



A small handful of roughly chopped dill
