Getting fit for the summer just stepped up a gear with ZUMBA® on our schedule. Take 1 x classroom, blend into the mix some hot Latin beats and add in a certified ZUMBA (ZIN™) instructor. After just one session of 60 minutes of the easy-to-follow dance moves, your body will feel more toned, your fitness levels will have reached a new high and your mind will feel totally uplifted. Just let your body naturally move to a variety of sizzling and addictive steps with tropical rhythms which include Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Cumbia, Reggaeton and Hip Hop. Working out has never been this much fun. No partner is required
1 x class A single class costs £10 for one hour
A course of 6 consecutive weeks costs £54 (£9 per hour)
A course of 12 consecutive weeks costs £96 (£8 per hour)

28 St John' Wood Road (Liberal Jewish Synagogue) on Mondays at 18:00 (start date to be announced)
