What should you call an orthodox trans-sexual "rabbi'?

Since there is a debate raging about whether female orthodox rabbis in America should be callled "Rabba", I think that it is time to broaden the discussion. Let us assume that a male orthodox rabbi has a sex change and becomes, officially kashrut beth-din, female. Should "she" now still be called "Rabbi".
