Of course, the Wall is in the Jewish part of the Old City of Jerusalem and was captured by the Jordanians in 1948, Jordanians who ethnically cleansed the Old City and annexed it with the rest of Judea Samaria for 19 years.
PA does not respect the UN partition plan of 1947. I'm afraid they are trying to block any direct negociations with all excuses they can find. The USA won't fail to notice !
