The rejection by 'Palestinians' of the Israeli offers shows that the water problem in the Occupied Jewish Territories of Judea and Samaria is caused by the 'Palestinians' themselves.
They don't want any clean water if it means that Jews will also benefit from the clean water. They are engaged in a lose-lose, wanting to politicise the use of water.
