Each day is different here on the campaign trail in Hampstead and Kilburn and every door has a different set of concerns and questions.
Yesterday in West Hampstead I got a flow of steady questions from one house of Jewish voters who wanted to know my views on healthcare, transport closures (esp. jubilee line) and of course Israel.
It was a great conversation one that reflected the interest and passion in the campaign at the moment.
There is a particular energy to this campaign here and posters and stakeboards are popping up in for the Liberal Democrats in the houses and gardens of NW3 and NW6 that have traditionally hesitated before supporting us.
But this time more and more people know that my own commitment, energy and knowledge of the local constituency makes a real difference.
But I have teased Jewish friends who are supporting me that they don't traditionally proseletize!
But last night as I was formally adopted as a candidate in the synagogue hall in Denington Park Road it was clear that we have here a campaign that is reflecting the multi-ethnic nature of the constituency.
I joke that in this constituency international affairs are domestic affairs and that you can pick any country of the world and we have people from that country living here and it's broadly true.
So my knowledge and interest in Somali politics, Sudan, Eritrea, Sierre Leone and yes Israel and Palestine are pretty useful at the moment. All to play for...
