'the world will say nothing, the world will say we are defending ourselves'... lastly concerning minor withdrawals from the West Bank he states 'the trick is to pay a minimal price' (referring to 2% withdrawal in the West Bank). These minor withdrawals were publicly reported as a 'great concession' while simultaneous illegal Jewish settlement expansion rose dramatically during Oslo.
