Of course, the dictator Abbas rejects all talks, then threaten Israel of a popular uprising. Abbas should know better as the net result of Intifadas has been beneficial to HAMAS and not to Fatah. So the threat is ineffective.

He added that he rejected the offer because it did not include Israeli recognition of the 1967 lines as the borders of a Palestinian state with east Jerusalem as its capital.

And what about total surrender of Israel as a prerequisite to negotiations?
