I am researching for a biography of John Christie, who killed at least six women in London, 1943-1953.
I am also interested in finding out as much about his victims as possible, too.
His first victim was Ruth Fuerst, born in Austria in 1922 and who fled to England in 1939. She had a daughter in 1942, Christina Sonya. Ruth met Christie in 1943 and became his first victim at 10 Rillington Place.
Ruth's skeleton was found in 1953, by which time her father, Frederick, had died and her mother, Friedl, resided in New York.
I was wondering whether any readers might be able to shed any additional light on the life of Ruth and her family?
