Nigella Lawson has confirmed that she will be presenting the results of the Eurovision song contest on the BBC.
The TV chef responded to a fan's question over rumours that she was taking over the role by tweeting: "Yes, it's true. Oui, c'est vrai. Ja, das ist wahr."
According to reports she was asked to read out the results by the BBC after tweeting a picture of herself with a drawn-on beard, in support of last year's winner, Austrian drag queen Conchita Wurst.
She is stepping in for Radio 1 DJ Scott Mills, who has performed the task for the last few years.
The Eurovision final will be held on Saturday and shown on BBC1 from 8pm.
