Antisemitic rapper Wiley has been kicked off Instagram and Twitter for a second time after posting a warning about “Satanic Jews” and harassing an anti-racism campaigner.

The grime pioneer, whose real name is Richard Kylea Cowie Jr., shared a video on Instagram of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan saying he was “here to separate the good Jews from the Satanic Jews.”

Wiley also created a Twitter account using a photo of Campaign Against Antisemitsm’s (CAA) Joe Glassman as his profile picture, before unleashing a tirade of posts attacking the anti-racism activist.

Sharing a photo of Mr Glassman’s Twitter profile on Instagram, Wiley demanded, “Don’t hide Joe come outside bro.” 

Some of Wiley’s followers appeared to give their support to the abusive posts.

“These man use us for our culture,” said one.

Another added: “He likes to hide they all do.”

Replying to the clip of Mr Farrakhan, one commenter asked Wiley to “keep enlightening us”.

Wiley also broadcast live on Instagram, discussing banks owned by “Jewish families” and “speculating that maybe Jews do in fact control the world,” allege CAA.

They said it was “outrageous that Wiley has been able to return to Twitter and spout racist hate.”

Wiley was originally banned from Facebook, Instagram and Twitter after an antisemitic tirade in July 2020.

These included tropes about Jewish power and one message in which he said that the Jewish community deserved to "hold some corn,” a term used as slang for the firing of bullets.

One tweet read: "I don't care about Hitler, I care about black people", and compared the Jewish community to the Ku Klux Klan.

At the time the Metropolitan Police investigated the rapper but did not pursue charges as Wiley was in Rotterdam at the time the messages were posted.

CAA said they were in contact with the police over Wiley’s latest posts.

Wiley appears to have rejoined Instagram as ‘@wileyrecords’ and begun posting again in March 2021.

After the JC raised concerns about Wiley Instagram account, a spokesperson for Instagram and Facebook parent company Meta said: “We removed Wiley’s account last year for breaking our rules against hate speech. 

“That means we won’t allow him to have a presence on Instagram or Facebook, and we’ve removed the new account brought to our attention today.”​

The Metropolitan Police have been contacted for comment.
