To say that Beverley Jacobson, chief executive of London's Kisharon Day School, who has been shortlisted by Charity Times for its principal of the year award, likes to keep fit is an understatement. Having recently taken part in the London triathlon and the 100-mile Prudential bike ride, she is training for the Barcelona triathlon in October and the Antarctic Ice Marathon the month after.
