Nearly everyone has seen the Youtube video of the drunken Japanese businessman trying to walk down the up escalator at Tottenham Court Road, tube station but its supporting star has received little attention.

The kind woman seen trying to help the man is Jewish: Richelle Isaacs, 23, of Hainault and Chigwell.
Richelle, a nursing postgraduate at City University, London, said that the cameras did not show the successful outcome: she eventually got the man on a train to his intended destination
