Swinson accuses Corbyn of 'dereliction of duty' on antisemitism

Speaking at the party's campaign launch the Liberal Democrat leader also 'categorically' ruled out helping put the Labour leader into Number 10

Liberal Democrat leader Jo Swinson has accused Jeremy Corbyn of a "total dereliction of duty" over his failure to "root out antisemitism in his own party."

Speaking at the party's General Election campaign launch she also "categorically" ruled out helping put the Labour leader into Number 10.

Introduced by Luciana Berger, the party's candidate in Finchley and Golders Green, Ms Swinson said that party's pro-Remain stance was based around "the value of equality".

She said: "One of those values that is so important is the value of equality.
