Zoe Morrison gave herself a new challenge every month for a year to live a more environmentally-friendly lifestyle.
The Brighton mother-of two made her own clothes, produced zero-waste for a week and stopped shopping in supermarkets in favour of pick-your-own fruit and vegetables - and saved £14,500 in the process.
Ms Morrison, 35, studied environmental science at university, but, she said: "I really got into it when I had children.
"With these challenges I wanted to push myself - take it to the next level."
