The Rolling Stones are negotiating plans to play their first-ever concert in Israel.
According to reports, the band has been offered £4.5 million by promoters Marcel Avraham and Gad Oronto to play an open-air concert at Park Hayarkon in June .
It is the most ever offered to a music act to appear in the country
The Stones are due to start a 14 date tour in February, and already have shows booked in Abu Dhabi, Japan and Australia.
Last month, the band's bass player Darryl Jones visited Israel and performed with the Australian group Dead Daisies, at a sold-out show at the Barby Club in Tel Aviv.
