Jewish activists say they will call for a review of the Metropolitan Police's decision to drop an investigation into a pro-Palestinian protester who appeared to support the killing of Jews.

Lawyer Robert Festenstein, who acts for the Jewish Human Rights Watch group, said he was "astonished" that the police was taking no action.

The female protestor was filmed during a protest against the UK visit of Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

A police spokesperson said having viewed the footage, officers decided her comments "did not reach the threshold of a hate crime".
