articlemain

Four men have been arrested after allegedly carrying out an antisemitic attack on a strictly Orthodox man in London.

It is understood eggs were thrown at his car as he travelled through the Blackwall Tunnel in east London last night.

Shomrim, the volunteer community security group, said antisemitic abuse had been shouted during the incident.

Officers from Tower Hamlets police arrested a group of men shortly after the alleged attack.

Police said the investigation was ongoing.
