The London embassies of Israel and Germany celebrated the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries by holding a soccer match.
Israeli ambassador Daniel Taub and his German counterpart Peter Ammon (below) both wore a 25-shirt for their occasion. Would that I could tell you Mr Taub proved a second Geoff Hurst and led Israel to victory, but the Germans came out on top 5-3.
