Natalie Portman has criticised President Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, on the Late Show, describing him as a "super villain".
Appearing on the talk show on Thursday night, the Israeli-American actress was probed about her relationship with Kushner, who is Trump's senior advisor and married to his daughter Melania.
The Academy Award-winner told the show’s host, Stephen Colbert, that she was once friendly with Kushner - a fellow Harvard graduate - saying it was sad and "not funny" to see her former friend become "a super villain".
Kushner had allegedly compared the friends he’s lost since entering politics to "exfoliating", and Colbert said that meant that Portman must be a "dead skin cell".
The Genesis Prize winner laughed when describing Kushner as "not that great of a student".
While at Harvard, Portman was research assistant to law professor Alan Dershowitz, aiding him with his book The Case for Israel.
Kushner, who himself is Jewish, was active in Chabad whilst at university.
