The group which promotes Jewish issues in Parliament has elected co-chairs from both major parties.
Conservative MP Oliver Dowden and his Labour counterpart Wes Streeting will now lead the All Party Parliamentary Group on British Jews, taking over from Hendon MP Matthew Offord.
Mr Dowden, MP for Hertsmere, said he was "delighted" to be elected. "It is important to make a positive case for the Jewish community in this country," he said.
Ilford North MP Mr Streeting, said taking the role was "a great privilege". He looked forward "to championing our Jewish community nationally".
