This is Brighton-based vet Marc Abraham - and you could be seeing a lot more of him over the next few months.
Mr Abraham, who has been a vet for 14 years, will be co-presenting Crufts every night on More 4 between March 11 and March 14.
He is also filming a new series for Sky One with Gavin & Stacey actress Joanna Page (Stacey). Called My Pet Shame, it helps people whose animals have behavioural and medical problems and is due to air in May.
But first up is Crufts, which has received criticism in the past over concerns that it encourages unethical breeding. Mr Abraham, 37, tells People: "That's been completely misconstrued.
"Historically, yes, there has been a lot of controversy over breeding, but the Kennel Club of Great Britain has been working hard over the past 10 years to make dogs fitter and healthier, knock out puppy farming and encourage responsible breeding.
"Crufts is more than just a dog show. It's a celebration of dog ownership. Anyone who loves dogs will adore it," adds Mr Abraham, a veterinary adviser to the Kennel Club of Great Britain.
He is a specialist in small animal emergencies and trauma surgery - 50 per cent of which concerns dogs. "I would love to own a dog but I travel too much."
He has recently returned from a charity dog-neutering trip in the Peruvian Amazon.
Mr Abraham is often seen giving valuable advice on several animal-related TV shows, and was recently awarded the national veterinary industry's special Recognition Award as the UK's favourite vet.
