It emerged that the party took more than 10 months to expel a party member who called for "the complete extinction of all Jews."
Former Director of Public Prosecutions Lord Macdonald told the Sunday Times this was clearly a race hate crime.
It was revealed that another member had been allowed to remain in the party despite accusing another councillor of "licking the bum of Jews for money".
It took eight month to expel another member who wrote on Facebook that there was "no need for gas chambers" because the Red Sea woould get rid of the Jews who are "a cancer to us all."
During the election campaign Mr Corbyn had suggested that anyone found guilty of antisemitism had been "suspended" or "expelled" from the party.
Dame Louise Ellman - who quit Labour over Mr Corbyn’s failure to tackle anti-Jewish racism - said the evidence reduces to “rubble” the party's claim the issue was being dealt with.
The Sunday Times report also suggested proposed changes to Labour’s disciplinary procedures favoured by Mr Corbyn could be challenged in the courts.
