Sausage casserole, chicken curry and sticky toffee pudding are part of a new range of kosher ration packs launched for Jews serving in the British armed forces.
The kosher menu has been produced by the Ministry of Defence in conjunction with the Jewish Armed Forces Committee and brings provisions in line with the regular fare on offer.
Supervised by the Sephardi Kashrut Authority, the food is specially developed to provide soldiers with the right balance of nutrition and energy.
There are thought to be more than 100 Jewish troops serving in all three armed forces, working as medics, engineers, and infantrymen and women.
