The Israeli firm has been targeted by protesters since the Gaza conflict in July and August.
Police said the incident was being investigated as “racist” and inquiries were continuing.
Kedem’s Manchester store was besieged by anti-Israel campaigners throughout the conflict, with police in the city forced to use special powers to disperse crowds.
Glasgow Jewish Representative Council chairman Paul Morron had challenged managers at the St Enoch mall to avoid similar scenes at the firm's branch there in August.
But protests had caused the stall to close early despite additional security measures being taken.
