A 22-year-old man has been remanded in custody until September after appearing in court charged with inciting racial hatred.
Joshua Bonehill-Paine was denied bail at Southwark Crown Court on Monday.
He is charged with publishing or distributing written material intended to incite racial hatred.
Bonehill-Paine, of Yeovil, Somerset, has not yet entered a plea. Wearing a suit, he represented himself during the short hearing.
He will next appear at the court on September 21.
He was arrested by officers from Avon and Somerset Police earlier this month after an investigation run by the Metropolitan Police.
Bonehill-Paine had previously claimed to be one of the organisers of the neo-Nazi rally planned to take place in Golders Green, north-west London, on Saturday, July 4.
