"Viva Portugal," tweeted Isaac Herzog, the leader of Israel's Labour Party, to congratulate the winners of the Euro 2016 football final on Sunday.
Except that he had posted it with an image of the flag of Afghanistan. A revised tweet with the correct flag duly appeared a short while later.
