What a difference two letters make. The Telegraph’s chief sports writer Paul Hayward had some of our readers raging over a Euro 2012 piece about racist football fans in Krakow. “Plainly antisemitic abuse is more tolerable than skin-based hostility,” he wrote. Relief, then, when he apologised for a misprint of what should have read as “antisemitism is no more tolerable”.
