An elderly Jewish woman was left shaken after being conned by three fraudsters posing as property managers.

The 77-year-old victim, who does not want to be identified, was approached by a man wearing a black leather jacket in Golders Green, north-west London.

The man, believed to be in his early 50s and 5ft 6ins tall, told the victim that she owed £2,900 for repairs to a broken boiler in her flat.

She was coaxed into a white vehicle, in which two other men were sitting, and driven to her home in Belsize Park. The three men waited outside her block of flats as she walked to a nearby bank and withdrew the money.
