Worried about the property market? Commercial-lettings agent Elliot Goodman has launched a breakfast club for young professionals.
North London's Mr Goodman, 24, who works at Pearl and Coutts - part of the Structadene Group - identified the importance of building contacts in the current climate. He established the London property breakfast group, which holds monthly meetings at venues in the capital, to help people to network. He tells People: "In the past, I have gone to breakfast meetings where there have mainly been older people. The younger ones sometimes get disregarded but are just as hungry to do business.
"The time seemed right to provide a new opportunity for members to network and build relationships in the industry, especially while the market is so volatile."
An ex-JFS pupil, he set up a Facebook group, which has more than 500 members. The group held its first meeting last month, with James Burchell of Faircroft Properties as keynote speaker.
