Former London Mayor Ken Livingstone has slated his successor Boris Johnson over the cancellation of the Jewish culture celebration Simcha on the Square because of insufficient funding from the Greater London Authority. Mr Livingstone accused the Tory administration of “a narrow-minded approach”.
